- This review is long overdue, but needed to be shared. I was going through a divorce last year and at first tried to find a new home by myself and did not have the time or the knowledge to be very effective. I had called Jacki as a prospective buyer to one of her properties, which ended up being under contract. Based on how Jacki had handled herself on the phone I opted to call her back a week later and enlist her services. Best decision I made, Jacki was/is extremely knowledgeable of Mt. Laurel and the surrounding areas, she assessed my needs and we did tour several properties before getting an early offer in on a property that had a perfect location that popped up out of nowhere. Jacki was instrumental in helping me navigate my personal situation and get the most for my money along the entire process. - SO many things to say about my experience (2 house sales) with Jacki and Stan. Ultra-professional, really on top of their game with comps and getting you the best possible price for your home, no matter the type or whether it's updated and a "plum" or needing work because it's an estate sale. I never stressed over anything because they were always ready to answer questions, look out for your best interests, proactively getting things moving in the right direction. By following their advice on list price, I had two occasions with bidding wars and closed at higher than list price (my mom's house and a year later my own townhouse). You absolutely cannot find a better agent/team and I am sure you will be suitable impressed if/when you work with them.ljgreiner
- Our house was under contract when we had a buyer back out a week before we were to go to settlement. We had already had an estate sale, plus moved the remaining furniture to our new location. This occurred in Dec. when our contract with Jacki was ready to expire. She advised us not to take the house off the market and not wait until Spring. She hooked us up with someone to stage the house, an attorney to represent our legal rights with our former buyer, assisted us with negotiations with the home inspector, and met all our needs and quickly responded to our many questions. She had our house sold in a soft market in mid-December, virtually at our asking price. We spoke to several realtors early on and decided on Jacki because of her deep in-depth knowledge of the market, a well-crafted staging plan and an unmatched wealth of experience. She has a proven backup team of helpers from painters to handymen to movers to quicken the process, if needed. Most impressive was her accessibility.
